B.J. founded Gladius to help organizations leverage strategic communications to drive growth, engage stakeholders and protect what they’ve earned. He draws on two decades of experience leading strategic communications for government agencies, international private firms, and Fortune 500 publicly traded companies to deliver outcomes that drive growth and protect assets. Kristen has spent more than a decade working across enterprises to increase organizational agility, foster a culture of innovation, and drive brand pride and advocacy. She has experience leading workforce communications for manufacturing, engineering, and technology companies and, as a certified Prosci change management practitioner, thrives on the people side of change.
As a journalist turned digital storyteller, Katie has worked across fields and platforms — everything from network broadcast news to a Fortune 500 company to an international fair trade co-op. With 15 years of experience, her work has taken her from the East Coast to Southeast Asia and back. Her mission is to help brands find the perfect mix of videos, graphics and words to bring their story to life.
Katie has spent nearly 20 years in PR and corporate communications for some of the biggest brands in the world. She focuses on external communications, media relations, issues and crisis management, strategic communications and thought leadership. She has also managed corporate social responsibility efforts in many of her roles and has a passion for community relations and DE&I initiatives.
Christine has been helping electronics industry suppliers build brand awareness, bolster credibility, and foster trust since 2008 as both a B2B public relations professional and trade media editor. She also has a master’s degree in English and a history of successful collaborations with component-level to end-product suppliers, which she leverages to deliver accurate, effective, and engaging technical content.
A former chief communications officer, Rocky has advised CEOs of publicly traded companies, military flag officers, executives at trade associations, and college administrators, and even written for a former President of the United States. He understands the value of data-driven communications and the influence they have on business results.
Sandra advances brands and causes across industry, government, employees, and media. She delivers carefully crafted campaigns, data-driven insights, and bold digital strategies. Sandra specializes in DE&I, corporate citizenship, and employee engagement.
A former chief marketing officer, Teresa Jefferson's 30-year communications career has spanned both corporate and nonprofit spaces. Her proven expertise lies in leading strategic and tactical branding, marketing, advertising, and community-building efforts across a variety of traditional and evolving digital/social mediums.
Paige is the social media and influencer relations lead at Gladius. She is the founder of Kylee Social and an expert in social media content strategy and management, as well as influencer marketing campaigns. Paige is passionate about helping clients develop data-driven, integrated digital presences that drive organizational goals.
Megan supports Gladius through her ability to interpret and execute tasks that facilitate the success of others. Her extensive experience in administration, finance management, and operations, combined with her commitment to achieving results, enables her to consistently deliver successful outcomes for Gladius and her coworkers.
Karen Hagens, a former Head of Communications for GSK, understands the corporate client environment, having advised numerous CEOs and leaders in Pharma and Biotech on internal communication strategies and external profile elevation for value generation. With over 20 years of experience, including time as a journalist and agency health lead, Karen brings a unique perspective to crafting impactful communication strategies. She excels in guiding stakeholders with invaluable insights, focusing on employee engagement, product launches, media relations, thought leadership, and aligning business objectives with strategic communications.
With nearly two decades of experience in marketing, communications and public relations across a wide range of industries, Eleanor advises companies on integrated communications & storytelling across the full spectrum of channels. Her advice to clients lives at the nexus of strategy, planning, execution and measurement.
A strategic partner at Gladius, Katy is a renowned expert in investor relations and corporate transformations, and the founder and CEO of Audacia Strategies. David is a renowned business leader, speaker, and communications expert with more than three decades of leadership experience in business, corporate affairs, and communications. He is a strategic partner with Gladius, the founder and chief executive of the coaching and business advisory firm Nineteen88 Strategies, LLC, and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Joy brings decades of experience utilizing data-driven global communications and investor relations strategies. From shaping national policy and advising foreign economic ministries to devising campaigns, which enabled new industries to thrive, she has spent her career helping businesses and organizations exceed expectations.
