Kristen has spent more than a decade working across enterprises to increase organizational agility, foster a culture of innovation, and drive brand pride and advocacy. She has experience leading workforce communications for manufacturing, engineering, and technology companies and, as a certified Prosci change management practitioner, thrives on the people side of change.


As a journalist turned digital storyteller, Katie has worked across fields and platforms — everything from network broadcast news to a Fortune 500 company to an international fair trade co-op. With 15 years of experience, her work has taken her from the East Coast to Southeast Asia and back. Her mission is to help brands find the perfect mix of videos, graphics and words to bring their story to life.

Katie has spent nearly 20 years in PR and corporate communications for some of the biggest brands in the world. She focuses on external communications, media relations, issues and crisis management, strategic communications and thought leadership. She has also managed corporate social responsibility efforts in many of her roles and has a passion for community relations and DE&I initiatives.

Christine has been helping electronics industry suppliers build brand awareness, bolster credibility, and foster trust since 2008 as both a B2B public relations professional and trade media editor. She also has a master’s degree in English and a history of successful collaborations with component-level to end-product suppliers, which she leverages to deliver accurate, effective, and engaging technical content.


Max addresses client needs from a holistic approach that is woven together from his unique background in communications, marketing, and business development. He is a Baylor University graduate specializing in corporate communications. Max is a collaborative and positive communications professional who is passionate about enabling teams to thrive.

Paige is the social media and influencer relations lead at Gladius. She is the founder of Kylee Social and an expert in social media content strategy and management, as well as influencer marketing campaigns. Paige is passionate about helping clients develop data-driven, integrated digital presences that drive organizational goals.

Sandra advances brands and causes across industry, government, employees, and media. She delivers carefully crafted campaigns, data-driven insights, and bold digital strategies. Sandra specializes in DE&I, corporate citizenship, and employee engagement. 


Diane brings 30 years of corporate experience in communications and content development to the table. She crafts high-quality and well-organized communications for clients which clearly articulate key messages. Diane has a knack for simplifying complex ideas into concise messages and employs effective strategies to tackle new challenges.

Karen Hagens, a former Head of Communications for GSK, understands the corporate client environment, having advised numerous CEOs and leaders in Pharma and Biotech on internal communication strategies and external profile elevation for value generation. With over 20 years of experience, including time as a journalist and agency health lead, Karen brings a unique perspective to crafting impactful communication strategies that drive business results.


Deb brings over 20 years of
experience in aviation,
aerospace, defense and high tech to the table. Having served as an executive in both the Federal government and multiple publicly traded companies, she brings Fortune 150 executive communications and marketing experience to organizations of all sizes.

Lacey is a technical communications expert with 15 years of experience in document design, style guides, formatting, writing, proofreading, comprehensive editing, Section 508 compliance, and website design and maintenance, particularly in the civil and environmental engineering fields. As the sole proprietor of Red Ink Geek, she uses her design and editing expertise to produce clear, concise, and consistent content.
